5.7 Power Setting in uplink compressed mode
This test case requires to measure UE transmit power behavior
during three compressed mode frame patterns.
System simulator needs to provide three kind of compressed frame pattern
with gap(s)
Measurement instrument (system) needs to measure uplink slot powers just
before and after gap(s)
This sequence also includes detail UE power control (TPC) patterns
