Die Natur-Diamanten der White-TIGER Dia-
mantinstrumente sind durch ein patentiertes
LLD – Herstellungsverfahren mehrschich-
tig und dauerhaft auf dem rostfreien Schaft
gebunden.
Die hohe Qualität dieser Diamant-Instru-
mente bietet dem Anwender viele Vorteile
gegenüber dem Arbeiten mit Standard - Dia-
mantinstrumenten und führt zu optimalsten
Ergebnissen.
Hohe Schleifleistung (1)
Durch das patentierte LLD - Bonding sowie
die mehrschichtige Diamantierung ergibt sich
ein schnellerer Abtransport der Schleifsub-
stanz (hohe Schleifleistung) und damit auch
ein kühles Schleifen.
Glattes Schliffbild (2)
Durch den raschen Abtransport der Schleif-
substanz wird ein optimaler, vibrationsfrei-
er Rundlauf der White-TIGER Instrumente
erreicht (glattes Schliffbild).
The natural diamonds of the White-TIGER
diamond instruments are multi-layered and
permanently bonded to the stainless steel
shank using a patented LLD manufacturing
process.
The high quality of these diamond instru-
ments offers the user many advantages
compared to working with standard diamond
instruments and leads to optimal results.
High cutting performance (1)
With the patented LLD bond and multi-
layered diamond veneer, the tooth structure
is reduced faster (high cutting performance),
thus ensuring minimum heat generation when
cutting.
Smooth cut (2)
Conveying the debris away from the surface
rapidly enables White-TIGER instruments
to rotate concentrically and vibration-free
(smooth cut).
Les particules de diamant naturel des instru-
ments White-TIGER sont liées durablement et
par couches multiples à la tige en acier ino-
xydable au moyen du procédé de fabrication
breveté LLD. La grande qualité de ces instru-
ments diamantés permet à l’utilisateur de
bénéficier de nombreux avantages par rap-
port au travail entrepris à l’aide d’instruments
diamantés standards et conduit à obtenir les
résultats les plus optimaux.
Fort pouvoir abrasif (1)
Le procédé de liaison breveté LLD ainsi que
la diamantation multicouches ont pour effet
une évacuation très rapide de la substance
abrasée (fort pouvoir abrasif) et par consé-
quent, un meulage s’effectuant à une tempé-
rature plus basse.
Etat lisse, surface abrasée (2)
Du fait de l’évacuation rapide de la substance
abrasée, la concentricité de l’instrument
White-TIGER reste optimale et exempte de
vibrations (état lisse de la surface abrasée).
Höchste Standzeit (3)
Durch das patentierte LLD-Bonding können
die Diamantkörner nicht mehr herausgelöst
werden. Dadurch erhöht sich die Standzeit
der White-TIGER Diamantinstrumente um ein
Mehrfaches. Bei Standard-Diamant-instru-
menten lösen sich die Diamantkörner früh-
zeitig aus der Bindung, was nur eine kurze
Standzeit der Instrumente ergibt.

Das Beschleifen der Keramik-/ Zirkonoxid
Vollkeramik erfolgt unter Wasserkühlung mit
der Laborturbine.
Nur mit leichtem Arbeitsdruck arbeiten Dre-
zahlangaben einhalten.
Maximum life-span (3)
The LLD bond ensures that diamond particles
no longer come loose. This increases the life
span of the White-TIGER diamond instru-
ments several times over. Using standard dia-
mond instruments the diamond particles come
loose much sooner from the bond resulting in
a short life span of the instruments.

Occlusal adjustments on zirconia all-porcelain
Fitting sintered zirconia frameworks and

Removing high spots on zirconia restorations

Instructions for use
Porcelain / zirconia all-porcelain should be
prepared with a laboratory turbine using water
coolant.
Use only minimum pressure when preparing
and adhere to the recommended rpm.
Extraordinaire durabilité (3)
Du fait de la liaison LLD brevetée, les
particules de diamant ne peuvent plus se
décoller. La durabilité des instruments White-
TIGER est ainsi très fortement augmentée.
Avec les instruments standards, les particules
de diamant se détachent prématurément du
liant ce qui a pour conséquence une faible
durée de vie de ces instruments.

en oxyde de zirconium

Recommandation pour l’utilisation
Le fraisage de la céramique/tout-céramique
en oxyde de zirconium se réalise sous irrigati-
on d´eau avec une turbine de laboratoire.
Travailler seulement avec une légère pression,
respecter le nombre de tours.
