1. Vorschleifen mit Super-Max Sinterdiamant

mit organischer Bindung.

2. Anschliessend wird mit den spiralver-

zahnten Hartmetallfräser gearbeitet. Die

spezielle Schneidegeometrie verhindert ein

Zusetzen.

3. Der graue Vorpolierer trägt ab, der blaue

Glanzpolierer glättet die Oberfläche für die

anschliessende Hochglanzpolitur mit Polier-

paste.

Tool System for work on Titanium. The right

instruments for each phase during the wor-

king process are:

1. Pre-grinding with the Super-Max sintered

diamond instrument, ideal for gross reduction

on any type of titanium alloy.

2. TC cutters with a fine spiral cut (toothing)

for smoothing the metal surface.

3. Synthetic Polishers for Titanium, two dif-

ferent polishers, one for pre-polishing (grey)

and the other one (blue) for high-gloss finish.
